From what I see in the background, around here we call that an Ice Plant. Yours does seem to have a beautiful double flower and I love its color.

The top one looks like a portulaca. The Mexican Hats are different!

Looks like Portulaca to me, also known as Moss Rose. I don’t have any right now but have had them in the past and will get them again. They come in both single and double forms and oodles of both pastel and neon colours. They make a dazzling display when they all open up at once on a sunny day.
It’s an annual but self-seeds prolifically so once it’s been planted you can expect to have it for years, often appearing where it’s least expected like in the tiny cracks between pavers etc. It hasn’t much of a root system though so it can be easily eliminated if it pops up where it isn’t welcome.

I’m guessing that’s a portulaca, or moss rose. I think the foliage is a little different than an ice plant, and the only ice plants I’ve seen are a bright pink.

The first flower looks like it might be a portulaca aka Irish Rose.

We have many, many mexican hats, and the bees love to dance around them.
But I never can take nice pictures of them. These are just beautiful!

I’m a late comer here, but the first one is portulaca (rose moss) It’s an annual, but appears to come back every year due to the prolific amount of seed it makes.
