Don and I were sitting out in the corral relaxing and enjoying the company of the donkey boys and burro brothers on Sunday afternoon.
Watch what happened to Don’s chair when he got up and went into the house for just a few short minutes. Heathens, I tell ‘ya. ♥

Surprised to see that Ellsworth was the ringleader on this caper. I just assumed that Bernard was the instigator of all mayhem in your barnyard.

Carson,
Yet Ellsworth’s brand of mayhem was so calm in comparison to Bernard’s. 🙂

My first impression was that Ellsworth thought the chair had folded up with Don in it and he’s just trying to save him! I believe Bernard started it but then the Big E stepped in to save his daddy. I’m just sayin…. tht’s what it looked like to me!

Nancy,
And I wish I had caught it from the beginning… I just turned to see that they had already pulled the chair down. I wonder who actually did start it.

Look at the video again….Ellsworth took it from whoever actually pulled it down. I couldn’t tell which one it was but you prbly could.

I just wonder what’s going through their minds when they do stuff like that. Was it the color blue that was offensive? The shape of the chair? That is collapsed and he was trying to set it backup?

That is a cute video. Ellesworth looks like he is being careful not to wreck it while he thoroughly investigates!

Ellsworth was looking for the secret pocket that holds carrots.
You can tell this because of his deep, careful sniffing action.
He just KNOWS that there are carrots in there somewhere. Or maybe Paco’s treats…

I think Ellsworth was saying “How do I get this dang thing to open up so I can sit in it before Don gets back?!”

I had no idea that donkeys were such curious creatures. So on top of being adorable to look at, wonderful personalities-they are very smart. I want one..or two…or three.

That was my exact thought as Nancy in NC mentioned about Ellsworth’s searching. Wouldn’t it be great if we could read their minds at times to see what the next steps they plan to do to prepare you better for the pictures taken.

I’m thinking they were determined to sit down on it. I mean, there’s a donkey setting, right? 🙂

How funny. 🙂
I think he was trying to figure out how it works. “Now let’s see. If I can get this thing set up, I can find out if it’s as comfy as the two-leggers seem to think……..”
🙂
I brought home a tiny present for the boys. If you will email me your address, I will send……………
