The color of that tulip!
The lilac scent must be intoxicating, isn’t it?
And the delphinium….so delicate and lacy…

CeeCee,
Neither did I until we moved here… now I know there are lilac varieties such as ‘California Rose’, ‘Lavender Lady’, and ‘Angel White’.
Pretty fancy, huh? 🙂

Nancy,
Your iris is way ahead… I haven’t seen signs of flowers on ours yet. Soon though!
Have a glorious spring weekend!

Oh so pretty. You’re ahead of us. I have a little lilac bush I planted 3 years ago. Hoping it blooms this year. Such a pretty white lilac you have.

I absolutely love tulips. They are my favorite. Mine have started sprouting, but we are no where near blooming yet.

Your flowers are gorgeous!
The color of that tulip is stunning!
I love flowers too, but unfortunately I have many ants on my garden, and them destroy, ruin all flowers around…

Oh, me too, Justina…me, too.
I can’t believe your lilac are already blooming – my buds aren’t even fully formed yet! (I have 3 different colors here: light purple, super dark purple and white – I don’t know their “fancy” names… lol)
Please tell Don I think the delphinium is a gorgeous choice! Such a beautiful (and romantic) flower. 🙂

Danni,
I know you do. 😀
We have two: light purple and white. The only reason I knew the “fancy” names was because of an article in the April 2011 Better Homes and Gardens. 🙂
Don did do good, didn’t he?

Flowers make me happy too! We’ve got quite a few wildflowers blooming on our property right now. I don’t have a green thumb so that’s all I get! 🙂

Rosanne,
There’s nothing better than Arizona when it comes to wildflowers! Before my Dad moved away from Phoenix, we visited him there each Easter.
Oh my, what a show driving from here to there. Wow. 🙂 I remember lots of yellows and lots of purples.

I call shenanigans. We still have a ton of snow on the ground here.
OT, I wanted to bring today’s Fugly Horse of the Day post to you and your reader’s attention: http://fuglyblog.com/?p=2770
There are laws being introduced to make it a criminal offense to document animal abuse, i.e., taking pictures such as you did of Patrick.

I love that saying. Shenanigans granted. Sorry about your snow. 😦
Thank you so much for calling the Fugly Horse of the Day post to my (our) attention. Sometimes I wonder…
Really – thank you.

Beautiful!!!
Cincinnati is much farther along than Ann Arbor. I spent almost all my time in the quilt show, but did take a few pics of daffs, and even a crab apple!

Gorgeous flowers! I love them all. I wish I could grow flowers better, but apparently I don’t have a green thumb. Right now I want nothing to do with anything green though lol. I’ve had the most awful sinus headache, sneezing and my face itches so bad it’s almost raw from rubbing it. Awful! It’ll pass in a couple of weeks though and I’ll be good until fall. 🙂 At least pictures don’t make me sneeze hehe.
