If a girl is from the Bahamas, she deserves having a beach to call her own.
Thanks to her daddy, Enzi got just that yesterday.
Her very own sandbox beach.
A fabulous place for her to dig to her heart’s content.
Enzi loves to dig.
Almost as much as she loves shrimp.
Enzi: Thank you, daddy.

Awwwww. What a cute girl, and what a thoughtful daddy. 🙂 So clear how much she loves it, and how much she loves him. 🙂
We built a sandbox when our kid was about four. Sophie was a puppy. I have pics of her digging in the sandbox………. 🙂

Wow, looks like that box may need some higher sides! I love her intensity as she digs. Get it, get it!!

Better stock up on that sand…it’s a flyin’ out of there fast!
She sure looks happy in there. 🙂

Perhaps Enzi and Smooch should go into business together…excavation, treasure hunting, landscape redesign…

It makes me so happy to see people who clearly adore their animals, as I do mine. I do wonder, if you have cats, if you’ve had to put a cover on the beach except when Enzi is enjoying it. Sandboxes often become the site of “the bad snack”.

Hope there is enough sand on hand for the hourly refill of the beach 🙂
A wonderful photo story! And a very happy dog!

That is so sweet of her papa to build her a sandbox. She looks absolutely delighted. I’m thinking you are going to need a couple tons of sand at the rate she digs.

Wow! Those lovely photos put a big smile on my face!
Enzi looks so happy!
I am enchanted with the face of Enzi looking with love to Don and saying: “Thank you, daddy.”
Really, Enzi is smiling!!!
The last photo shows the love of both, Don and Enzi!
This post brighten my day. Thank you!

Oh the wild dog-ness of digging! As a dachshund owner I see daily that frenzy to uncover
and dig down in the earth. It reminds me that most of the fun in life is ‘getting there’. You and your husband make this world a much nicer place with your kindness!!

Better add “Replace sand on Enzi’s beach” to the list of daily chores.

Thanks a lot guys!!! Mommy had never heard of Enzi’s origins and now she’s calling us Potcakes (which begets pothead which begets crackerhead ad infinitum!!!)
But we’re glad Enzi now has her very own sandybocks. Is this a diversionary tactic perhaps?

What a hoot! Was there any sand left in the box when she finished? How sweet of “daddy” to make Enzi her own special beach property! The things we do for these critters…

That looks like so much fun. I’m guessing that Daddy will be getting extra special gifts on Father’s Day – as if he wasn’t already gifted by having the entire Morning Bray clan.

How sweet of Don to do that for Enzi! Now he’ll need to stop and buy new sand on a weekly basis. 🙂

Now that’s some major digging!!! And she looks so very pleased with herself…so cute! But I’m wondering….maybe Don should have put some sides on the sandbox? From the looks of it, you might be going through tons of sand to keep her happy!
