After three days of rain, we had a beautiful day yesterday.
Everyone seemed relieved to feel the warmth of the sun again.
Did you know that ducks thrive on tranquility?
I tend to think that we all do. Just look at Emmy thriving here in her new home:
The Boyz and Gracie Belle enjoyed yesterday’s sunshine too.
I love these Boyz.
And they love each other too:
Our farrier came yesterday morning. Bernard, Ellsworth and Patrick all did extremely well.
Dear Nigel. Will you let Shorty work on your feet in eight weeks?
Hello, Paddy, Pat, Pat.
You are a testament to what love can do.
And Gracie Belle. She’s filling out quite nicely, don’t you think?
Isn’t she beautiful?

Gracie really has filled out. She looks great, as does Patrick and everybody else. There must have been some serious brushing going on at your place – 3 days of rain and not a speck of mud on any of them.

Looking quite tranquil at your place. Love to see happy critters. Gracie Belle is gorgeous. Out area looks a lot like yours- the leaves in my yard are just starting to turn, and the grass is still growing. There’s more color in the high country though.

Gracie Belle is, indeed, beautiful. Our Tuffy is horrible for the farrier. Silly boyz.

I love how your birds snuggle together. I believe that tranquility is our natural state of being and that all the busyness we fill our lives with is the source of most of the dis-ease we experience.
Blessings!
