I thought they were cornflowers. I’d love it if it is chicory. I drink Community Coffee (fell in love in NOLA) and think coffee with chicory is the best. Knowing it was pretty to begin makes it even better. 🙂
You are correct. After I left my comment, I went straight to Uncle Google. I was assured that they are indeed, chicory flowers. I suppose I was thrown by the color—-having never seen either flower in real life. 🙂
