I know they are donkeys but when I saw this photo I immediately thought of the movie Two Mules for Sister Sarah…must be the bell (mission reference) 😉

    Beautiful! In so many ways…
Have you told the story about the bell tower yet? 🙂

No, not yet… but I’m not sure there’s really a story to be told. Perhaps we could do a short newsreel of the bell ringing before one of our Sunday Cinemas? 😉

Oh, well, no pressure on my part (though the ringing before Sunday Cinemas would be *very* funny). I just figured since most barns don’t have giant bells on top of them, there MUST be some sort of story behind that! 😉

I’m laughing out loud. We think the bell is pretty darn cool, but we can’t take the credit for it. It was just one of the fabulous things that came with the farm.

I do too (think it’s tremendously cool)!! I guess that’s why I keep bringing it up – lol 🙂
And now that you’ve inferred that it actually rings, well, I’m just that much more enamored!

I look at your donkey boys every day. We have two of our own and absolutely treasure them. I posted a link to one of your videos on Facebook (of your dog being vacuumed). What a soft face on that dog….I wish mine would let me brush them, let alone vacuum! You have a sweet farm.

      Donkey Girl,
Thanks so very much. We’re glad you enjoyed Whisky’s video… he is such a wonderful boy.

Those boys are so adorable. I’d be constantly taking photos of them (except at night).
