How gorgeous your flowers are! And that second photo is fearsome. The bird in the third photo is blessed that he wasn’t “lunch” for that hawk!

Gorgeous pictures and the last picture got me caught since I saw beautiful “tear drops” in the “flower bud”, am not sure what that is called. Perfect image for light bulb!

      MeMaw,

      Mary,

That particular plant is dill, but we do have honeysuckle too. It does smell good!

We have a guinea hen sitting on a nest in the middle of one of our honeysuckle bushes right now… we’re hoping for guinea babies sometime soon. 🙂

      Pia,

Yes, the hawk is a regular guest here. He worried us for a while because of the duckies, but all is well now. 🙂

Fantastic pictures of the hawk and hummingbird! Unfortunately, hawks have caused a few problems around here. 😦 I love to see them in the wide open places though!

Love that you captured the hummer’s wings so clearly. I haven’t been able to do that. Aren’t hawks beautiful?
