I love looking out the window to see our four youngest taking their morning siesta, acting like a herd and arranged like a pinwheel on the ground:
I love that their matriarch is standing watch over them:
And that when Nigel hears the clicking of the camera shutter, he stands up to join Gracie Belle on her watch:
And, I love that Ellsworth is always, always there for his herd, especially when he senses they need him:

Looks like a very contented herd of long ears! Love the pinwheel, too.

I love that you’ve got a true herd out there–and still have a unique relationship with each one of them.

Synchronized napping, at its best. Gracie Belle must be the coach.

gazelle,
I thought the exact same thing. 🙂 If only we had a catwalk installed above the corral…

seeing the longears napping, chillin’, relaxing so close is indeed a smile inducing photo op. Ms. Gracie is the perfect herd nanny and Big E is the bestest herd master. Perfection at MBF.

What a wonderful view you have Justina! So many longears. So different charakters. And never ever boredom to fear.
