Love the “flower” setting on my camera. Your fleurs are gorgeous up close. 🙂

These are so unusual looking – especially the pink beauty. Just yesterday I was reflecting on the remarkable array and variety of flowers there are, just in my own yard alone.

      Vicki,

      Thank you.

The pink is bee balm; not quite yet in bloom.

The blue looks very much like delphinium, but I’m not sure that it is. It was here before us. 🙂

      Hugs to Willard. x

Thanks. I don’t think I’ve ever seen bee balm at this stage. I don’t know delphinium well enough to know about that.

Willard says he needs all the hugs he can get. We lost power on Thurs and moved into a Red Roof yesterday. The (exterior) stairs are open (no risers, only treads), and that is Very Scary. So not only does he need to be taken out every time (unlike home, where he can go in the fenced back yard by himself), but he has to be carried up and down the stailrs.

He says all of this is just Not Right, thankyouverymuch, and hugs help…..

Glad to see you all have had some rain. We got the better part of a couple of inches this week, which we badly needed. Hoping for more…..
