Harriet (a.k.a. Mrs. Worthington J. Worth) got her first Morning Bray Farm pedicure on Saturday morning.
Shorty said she looks great and that he thinks she’ll be just fine as soon as her left front hoof grows out.
Harriet was a very good girl and stood quietly for her trim:
She even got moral support from her Daddy:
Harriet’s well on her way to having the beautiful tootsies she deserves.

What caused the strange texture? I don’t speak hoof, but I want to.

Barbara,
Bottom line… basic lack of routine care. 😦

I see by her ears that she was soaking up all that moral support from Daddy!
“This is okay, right, Dad?”
“This doesn’t hurt, right, Dad?”
What a great, clear way to see how much healthier she’s getting.

I think a clear coat of Nail Envy would be the ultimate pedicure for Miss Harriet!

Wait! She and Ellsworth got married? How come I wasn’t invited? 🙂
Glad Don was there to support her. Getting your toes done can be scary. Shorty hung the moon, huh?

CeeCee,
Let’s just say they’re engaged. 😉 I see them side by side so often and can’t get over how much they resemble each other. I need to get a good “engagement photo” of them. 😀

Such a good girl, I’m glad you found her. Has Nigel allowed his feet to be done yet?

Yay Harriet! Yay Shorty! He must be worth his weight in hay pellets.
I’m so glad her feet are getting better.

These are wonderful photos of that sweet beauty. I am so glad that you and Don can give her the life that she so deserves. She is becoming a new donkey a bit at a time. I know she has to be very happy with her new life. And very happy to walk about on those “new” hoofs. The farrier appears to be a very good one.

Wow!! They looks so much better!! How is she settling in emotionally? Is she BFF’s with anyone in the herd? I am thinking they like to pair up so you will likely need to adopt number 8 soon 😉 sending lots of love!!!

Every girl should be treated to a pedicure every now and then. What’s this news about Ellesworth?! I had a feeling those two would hook up as soon as I saw the lovely Harriet the first time. So happy everyone is doing so well.

Ms. Harriett is just getting to finally be the diva she was always meant to be…..with a beau. I bet the two of them are darlings together.

Aaawwww. I’d top it off with some fun Opi nail polish…maybe “Casa Bllanca” or “Calling All Goddesses” both of which are cream-colored.
