Beautiful, Justina! Wisconsin defintiely looks like picture # 4 right now. Sigh.

Spring and Summer never last long enough around here to suit me. :/

    Beautiful photos!
I am struck by the frond-like lace of the leafless tree branches.

I’ll bet a friend of yours who loves to photoshop might be able to combine this set into something like this: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=498720783479589&set=a.449770385041296.105076.449769225041412&type=1&ref=nf

Nice set!! Love that you got the cranes. 🙂

As much as I love summer’s color, I think my faves are the bare field, and the snow….. I especially love the light in those two — all sky in one, and all foreground in the other………..

    Nice.

Wonderful! I really love seeing the seasons in one post and making comparisons. Each has its own beauty.

You and Linda are so lucky to have each other as friends. I wish I had one like that who would photo shop for me.(Just joking)

The photos are really good. Great idea. I like the ones with the sandhill cranes in autumn. Do they hang around until spring?

      Hi!

Yes, the sandhill cranes are with us from approximately October through March. We love having them here. 🙂

You are double lucky. I think the sandhill crane is a regal bird. Here in Texas there used to be a time to hunt them. I think near the coast in the rice fields. Don’t know if that pretty bird is still hunted. I hope that they are not.

That’s my favourite tree. I got a great shot of it with the storm clouds approaching. That seems soooo long ago, now. *sigh*
