Bernard is usually the mischievous one on the way to or from the pasture, not angelic Ellsworth. Ellsworth knew a good thing when he saw it at lunchtime yesterday.
Was he thumbing hoofing his nose at six more weeks of winter?

Dear Punxsutawney Phil,
Please don’t see your shadow today. We so want spring to arrive early.
This is the way Mom sees us most of the time anymore. She misses us. We know you’ll have to admit our behinds are really cute, but enough of winter already. We’re looking forward to green pastures come spring.
Very sincerely yours,
Bernard and Ellsworth

We’re feeling the love here at Morning Bray. Pleasantly overwhelmed, shocked and surprised sums up our feelings from all the visits and comments to our inaugural post yesterday.
Some of you remember me as the junkyard donkey. My cuts and scratches have all cleared up, I definitely don’t “bump” into things anymore and my mood has improved since being introduced to my new family. They can’t imagine life without me now.

Bernard and Ellsworth here. Welcome to Morning Bray Farm!
We’re a couple of donkeys loving life in Albuquerque, New Mexico with two humans, five dogs, three goats and two sheep. We’re going to work on introducing you to everyone living here and keeping you up to date with goings on.
We hope you visit often!
